The Bond Experience helps children of Pangasinan

 



Santiago Island, Pangasinan Santiago Island, Pangasinan – The Bond Experience, by David Zaritsky,   a social media platform and lifestyle brand celebrating the world of James Bond. has made its way to Pangasinan to help the children.

Rachel Grant, a James Bond girl in the 2002 movie “Die Another Day,” which starred British actor Pierce Brosnan and Hollywood actress Halle Berry, said that the Bond Experience held a fundraising event last August, dubbed “Gatherall.”




“Over the summer, we’ve continued to support the special education programs on Santiago Island in the Philippines — made possible thanks to the funds raised at The Bond Experience“Gatherall” last August. (Donations went through Padua Charitable Fund) ,” Grant said in her Facebook post.

“We supported Brigada Eskwela (School Brigade) through a reward-based summer reading program to encourage learners to read and participate. McDonald’s and snacks were provided, and each child received a new school bag filled with paper, pencils, notebooks — plus an umbrella for the girls and a raincoat for the boys. The special education class also received a fresh supply of sensory toys, learning materials, and clothing. Bags of chocolates and candies were also given out as an extra treat,” she added.

Grant told the Philippines Sports and News that she was invited by The Bond Experience to sign autographs from fans. Because of this, they were able to raise $2,000.

She also thanked all those personalities, including helpers and staff, for making this event possible for the children and the community.

"Your gratitude, and the delight in the children’s eyes, is truly inspiring. We thank you for the opportunity to be part of something so meaningful," Grant said.

Santiago Island is an island located off the northeast coast of Bolinao, Pangasinan, Philippines. It is composed of six villages.
